Microsoft outlook goes completely black - Microsoft Community


microsoft outlook goes black when try @ incoming mail.  no other programs have issue.  screen flash on, goes black if try anything.

running office 2010 on pc desktop.

outlook work fine if switch calendar tab or else.

thoroughly perplexed on one.

help???

may know if have made significant changes prior issue further address issue.

we suggest latest updates microsoft office 2010, here's how:

  1. open office 2010 application, such word 2010 or excel 2010, , create document.
  2. choose file in top left corner, choose help list on left, , choose check updates.
  3. choose install updates or check updates. if neither option available, follow additional steps provided in pop-up window appeared after chose check updates.

update on outcome.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
