outlook 2016 office 365 deleting inbox after 10days not pop account imap/smtp

i can see lot of ??? in regards , still nothing able me, i'm running business , need messages older 10 days.

its deleting phone , desktop.

any help? using version 1611 7571.2109

hi,

since you're having issue email in outlook 2016, may ask if have other accounts on said app? if yes, issue happens other account? meantime, can suggest reconfigure email account in outlook.

we'll keep eye out reply.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
