Outlook messing up - Microsoft Community


every time fire outlook getting this:

"we're sorry, outlook has run error preventing working correctly.  outlook need closed result.  repair now?"

i of course have hit "repair now" button number of times seems make no difference.  outlook fire within 5 minutes closes no warning.

any suggestions?  help.

hi,

there number of reasons why you're unable use outlook properly. in cases, issue using outlook occurs if you're using outdated version of office. regarding concern, error message receive has office updates. recommend install latest office updates check if fix issue.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
