Outlook on Droid (latest update) re-prompts for password every - Microsoft Community

i have tried steps above, removed/readded address phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app , removed profile owa well. issue keeps happening ***@*****.net. test functionality on computer have added address outlook monitor issues , have not duplicated issue on phone. here steps:

outlook app version 2.1.125

droid version 6.0

device lgg4

1. o365 address added outlook app

2. address functions normally

3. within next 24 hours when clicking on new mail notification via notification bar, screen shows "loading" , comes o365 login screen

4. password required typed in , mail continue function normally

5. within next 24 hours same process repeats

this not issue when o365 setup on different domain. had dns issues when setting domain on cpanel hosting account because autodiscover cname removed dns records 100% correct. propagation time has elapsed , app still behaving same way. please provide direction.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
