1.confirm whether update outlook clicking file>office account>update options>update now. = same results

2.change network environment see outcome. = same results

3.confirm whether office installed office 365 portal at http://portal.office.com/ols/mysoftware.aspx. = yes 6r4krf2 installed 3/28/17

4.share outlook version , windows os version. check version: open outlook>file>office account>check version number under office updates. = verision 1609 (build 7369.2120)

based on description, please try following steps check outcome:
1. go control panel. windows 7 : click start , select control panel right window. windows 8 , windows 10: press windows key + r , type “control” , press enter.
2. click on “internet options” in control panel window.

3. select connections tab , choose lan setting.
4. turn off “use proxy server lan” if switched on.

if issue persists, i’d confirm following information move forward:
1. did encounter error message before?
2. when did have issue? did set before issue occurred?
