How do I change the 30 minute time increments on my Office 365 to 15 - Microsoft Community


on default settings, , unable find way change it. know how on pc, not mac.

i confirm if mean want change time increments in time scale of calendar view of outlook mac client, change time scale in outlook windows.

 

if yes, based on knowledge, can change time scale in outlook mac client> calendar view> organize> time scale, , in scenario, can change increments 4 hours,  see screenshots below:

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
