Microsoft Outlook Mac rebuild database error -18000 - Microsoft Community


of sudden microsoft outlook 2011 wouldn't open. turns out database may corrupt, when try rebuild error code -18000, why this?

note: backup database before rebuilding.

 

if problem still there, please provide following information:

1. screenshot of “the database may corrupt” , screenshot “error code -18000”.

2. detailed version of outlook 2011 client , mac os. on top menu, click outlook > outlook. looks 14.7.1 (161129). apple menu, choose mac check mac version, looks 10.12(16a323).

3. did install add-ins, applications before outlook 2011 client can’t open?
