Outlook Web For Mobile - Microsoft Community


i have seen few post people had asked how more mobile friendly view when using outlook website on mobile phone. many of posts claimed resolved answers consisted of clearing cache or cookies not true in case continued investigating , found there string can add url force mobile friendly view. in fact there 2! thought share.

phone friendly view:

if want view phone friendly version of outlook via browser on phone type in web address add "/?layout=tnarrow" (without quotes).

it should (fake url of course) www.[outlookaddressgoeshere].com/owa/?layout=tnarrow

tablet friendly view:

if want view tablet friendly version of outlook via browser on phone type in web address add "/?layout=twide" (without quotes).

it should (fake url of course) www.[outlookaddressgoeshere].com/owa/?layout=twide

from there favorite url , if android device (maybe other devices too) can add icon home screen mobile browser settings (which awesome).

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
