OWA does not refresh or respond when you click SEND - Microsoft Community


one of customers reported problem owa can repeat on multiple computers , different browsers: 

when new message or reply drafted , click send button, owa stops responding. message trying send stays visible if have not sent it. message sent. owa doesn't refresh. if manually refresh browser, owa works until send message. 

i compared owa version , mailbox displays problem loading newer version of owa other mailboxes tested:

the problem mailbox using owa version 16.1660.14.2240285

my owa (which not have problem) version 16.1630.13.2232640

is else seeing problem? health advisory exchange online search issue.

here results using inprivate browsing in ie:

today not able duplicate problem experienced last week. tried chrome well. 

today owa version both inprivate ie , chrome 16.1660.14.2241406

last week encountered problem on owa version 16.1660.14.2240285

so think can call issue resolved.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
