hi,
i have browsed forums in search of solution, problems similar mine have been reported several years ago, doub apply version of outlook.
it serious problem having, mails not being delivered customers, , no error issued.
i considering discontinue outlook pc mail client, because cannot business doubt mails not delivered.
has encountered problem recently? advice?

problem description:
the environment:
- i have office 365 home edition, keep date versions. outlook product use.
- i have configured in outlook office mail account (in domain live.com), plus several others, including gmail , hosted imap account
- i use outlook mail client emails account, apparently no problems of time.
the issue:
some customers of mine not receive mails (what issue, right?).
i tried analyze symptoms:
- it happens mails send via outlook pc mail client, through business email account, custom imap account (not gmail, yahoo, or hotmail)
- recipients corporate email addresses (not gmail or yahoo or hotmail)
- no error returned ever, , mails appear in sent folder
- if send mails mail client (other outlook on pc) correctly delivered
- if send mails outlook pc mail client, customers, putting in copy personal gmail or hotmail account, delivered every recipient except customer.
- i have checked imap server provider, , there no errors in imap account parameters in outlook pc client configuration (and can send no problem recipients).
- i noticed, though, several synch issues errors in outlook. believe not related issue, because sync errors have not connecting server, keep mails in outbox (which not case).
