how rid of this? when "allow" takes me store , nothing found "osf-roaming.16"

this pops when opening outlook 2016 program on desktop - popup references internet explorer , chrome default browser.

i'm running windows 10 on lenovo amd a12-9700p radeon r7 64-bit

there several reasons why having issue. assist better, kindly answer these questions below:

  • have made changes computer prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • have tried troubleshooting steps on link provided pinaki mohanty on june 7, 2014 , see if still encounter same issue?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
