Outlook 2013 IMAP folders gone on computer but are synced with server - Microsoft Community


help, imap folders disappeared on windows 7 computer outlook2013 except inbox, outbox, rss feds, , search folders. thankfully somehow sent mail synced server , showing on android tablet. not want lose them, do?

i tried no successs, worked:

by changing " root folder path "

  • go to file-> account settings-> account settings-> problematic imap account -> change...-> more options...-> advanced

  • set root folder path to inbox and force a send/receive

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
