Outlook 2016 (Office 365 Home) - connecting to exchange - Microsoft Community


hi

i running outlook 2016 (office 365 home) on windows 10 version machine (1703).

when connecting (exchange) email/calendar outlook.com account, windows has begun asking password continually account. has started happening in last week.

i have:
updated outlook latest version
checked outlook not ticked "always ask credentials"

deleted credentials credentials manager , re-entered

deleted email account outlook , re-entered

none of above has worked. windows security prompt every hour or , when outlook re-started. 
looks bug in latest versions of outlook?

any appreciated!

anything else updated/installed week?

and if hold ctrl key when starting outlook, problem replicated?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
