hello - office upgraded 2010 2016 outlook.
we have dense calendar. appointments have large amounts of notes. in office 2010, when printing calendar details style view, printed normally.
in 2016, prints more space between each paragraph of notes. single spaced lines double spaced. lists spaced far apart, , on.
here's weird thing: if go calendar event , highlight text in calendar notes field, choose "paragraph" , "set default" , save changes, event spaced correctly when printing calendar details style. going through every event on calendar , doing process unrealistic. ideas?
