Outlook 2016: Print Spacing using Calendar Details Style View - Microsoft Community


hello - office upgraded 2010 2016 outlook. 

we have dense calendar. appointments have large amounts of notes. in office 2010, when printing calendar details style view, printed normally. 

in 2016, prints more space between each paragraph of notes. single spaced lines double spaced. lists spaced far apart, , on. 

here's weird thing: if go calendar event , highlight text in calendar notes field, choose "paragraph" , "set default" , save changes, event spaced correctly when printing calendar details style. going through every event on calendar , doing process unrealistic. ideas?

  • did make changes computer before issue started?
  • are having same problem when printing email?
  • do encounter printing issues other applications?
  • have taken troubleshooting steps resolve problem?

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
