the answer vague learning mac , outlook won't launch...

to better assist you, please provide more details situation? example, while tried opening outlook mac, nothing happens or error message generated. related screenshots better. 

on hand, please make sure outlook mac newly updated. can try opening office app (ie, word or excel) , going "help"> "check updates"> here list apps can upgraded> install outlook mac update if can see it. after that, recommeded provide detailed client version number here.

since have mentioned learning outlook mac, suggestion may involve support/admin in thread can communicate issue.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
