Outlook Settings Out Of Date - Microsoft Community


updated outlook account , no longer getting email notifications of facebook postings friends...is part of "settings out of date" update outlook?

hi,

in order isolate issue, allow know following details:

  • did update outlook because got "settings out of date" prompt?
  • when not receiving notifications, referring emails being sent facebook inbox?
  • are still able receive notifications other networking sites?
  • what version of outlook have?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
