Default views in Outlook 2016 for mac keep changing on own - Microsoft Community


every time click out of inbox, changes have made view or sorting messages have reset / changed on own. tried saving view default view , still resets on it's own. have go in , change settings (organize tab, drop down, arrange by, etc.) every time. want sort inbox date message received , not show conversations, uncheck box , have change sort setting every single time. happens if switching on view calendar or if computer falls asleep. in advance help!

i have done tests in lab (same outlook version) , failed duplicate behavior.

please try following see if there improvement.

1. reboot mac.

2. perform clean startup on office programs. reference: how use "clean startup" determine whether background programs interfering office mac

if issue persists, i'd collect following narrow down root cause of issue:

1. os version. sierra 10.12.5

2. if possible, please set account on mac same outlook version, issue persist?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
