i bought new laptop running win10 , installed office 365. probably people i'm regular user of outlook during day. imagine horror when find shortcuts access commands such delete when working on column listing of emails has disappeared!
here pics show mean:
this in outlook 2016 on older machine running win7. hover mouse on email message , cross appears per pic above can delete it. fantastic , saves loads of time.
on new machine it's gone , has moved other side of screen part of toolbar, in yellow again. see pic below. hovering on email message doesn't bring up.
does know how remove toolbar on right (highlighted in yellow) and restore shortcuts message column in pic one?
i've checked running same versions of outlook on both machines , am. the version is:
outlook 2016 mso (16.0.7571.7095) 32-bit
if knows how change toolbar, i'd grateful know because annoying have lost new install.

please check if using outlook touch mode.
if so, please switch mouse mode , restart outlook check issue again.
