Mailboxes occasionally disappear from the left window pane - Microsoft Community


every , when launch outlook main , secondary email accounts disappear middle left-hand window pane. can still see emails in inbox under "favorites" heading.

you can use “insert image” button upload screenshot forum.

besides, i’d collect following information find root cause：

1. detailed version of outlook client.

2. accounts using? office 365 accounts, outlook.com accounts, gmail accounts or other accounts?

3. navigate file > info > account settings > account settings , provide screenshot of pop-up interface us.

in addition, try using microsoft office configuration analyzer tool scan outlook client check if there issue in outlook client. after that, provide entire log file via private message. also, can try using the quick repair to repair outlook client.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
