Outlook Calendar .ics creating multiple calendars issue - Microsoft Community

we receiving external .ics calendar appointments.  when open these attachments add them our calendar, automatically create , add them additional calendar.  yes, can overlay these items pressing arrow isn't long-term solution group of 80 people.  need figure out why occurring in windows 10 , outlook 2016.

we have made sure settings .ics set default outlook , every calendar item pointing outlook default still creates additional calendars.

what solution issue?  also, can create script @ administrator level within our enterprise e3 subscription take first line of "notes" section , automatically put in location section of each calendar item?

thank reply. have removed pictures.

based on screenshots, sender seems share calendar created themselves. then, when open calendar, show seperated one. let sender add you/other people in organization attendee. then, accept meeting in invite email. added primary calendar.

if there misunderstood, please share screenshot of invite email , full page in calendar tab. i'd know additional calendar located.
