my wife has done same , getting same error message:  she has 4 imap accounts , 15gb of emails.

once new profile has been set , made 'default' case of setting accounts again in new profile?

answer yes. also, recommend data in old profile via exporting .olm file in case of potential data loss when switching new profile.

if  the issue persists, please feel free post information mentioned in original thread , glad further troubleshoot issue then.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
