Why does Outlook 2016 365 on my PC delete past appointments? - Microsoft Community


i've noticed outlook 2016 (365), running on pc windows 10 deleting appointments on 3 weeks old.  i need retain information.  i not see in file>options>calendar or advanced prevent occurring.  any ideas?

  • when did issue start?
  • any recent changes made in outlook 2016 settings prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done fix issue?
  • are syncing outlook calendar appointments on other device smartphone?
  • did check archive settings of outlook?

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
