Can I have multiple email addresses from the same domain assigned to - Microsoft Community


hi,

want know if have multiple email addresses assigned 1 account. want have example: matt@domain, sales@domain, info@domain

i'll person managing these emails, don't need office more myself. however, able reply each of email addresses.

yes, can have 400 or different aliases, no charge. replying them different story however, in exchange can reply primary smtp address default. have use of workarounds, typically creating dg or shared mailbox desired alias , granting send permissions on it.

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
