Change "From" Account - Microsoft Community


i have office 365 outlook running on win10 pro platform.

outlook has been set main microsoft account, several other ms accounts plus several imap accounts separate provider.

when "reply" email in 1 of imap accounts, "from" account defaults main ms account, not imap account received email.

what need change make each of imap accounts reply using own account, not ms account?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
