i want create shared calendar booking boardroom. tried sharing calendar when books meeting, shows it's coming me , not person. looked group calendar option when add users, of calendars trying sync outlook.
i tried using companywide group calendar on office 365 web portal looks when change made it, on group gets notifications things have changed or deleted.
is there way set shared calendar if books room , invites people in company, people notifications.
if shared calendar works, best way set permission other people can see it's busy no details of meeting if not involved. when other people create invite, email coming them, not me.
