i not able search office 365 mails using cortana search

- did rebuild index couple of times - no results seen

- tried rebuild windows 10 os - no results seen

- please asap, thank you!

  • what version , build of computer? version , build, press windows icon + r @ same time type winver on run box , press enter.
  • what type of subscription have office 365? business?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
