Meeting invitation is unreadable after accepting and reopening it - Microsoft Community


when user receives meeting invitation, accepts it. after accept , reopening after time unreadable, encoding issue. re-creating outlook profile doesn't help, changing encoding doesn't helped. suggestions?

we understand difficulty when things won't work way should. provide appropriate resolution issue, please answer following questions:

  • which version of outlook working on?
  • are users seeing error message?
  • after re-opening it, meeting requests not being saved in user's calendar folder?
  • have tried using different browser?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
