Public Folder Calendar Not Updating - Microsoft Community


we have office 365 hosted exchange. created 2 public folders contain calendar items. permissions correct, users can add items these items not syncing other users. see they, add calendar. have searched, read , tried every possible fix has been recommended, , outlook not update calendars.

i don't know else do.

issue posted service health dashboard (shd) incident ex104859 starting @ monday, may 1, 2017, @ 7:00 utc. user experience of incident is: public folder calendar events , contact information not being synchronized outlook mac client. more information: added or changed calendar events , contacts outlook mac client updating on server side expected; however, changes , additions made through other outlook clients not updating on outlook mac client.
 
tenant administrators can view current information , updates on shd @ link here

affected customers identify information here, thread closed.
update primary thread below once issue resolved or can obtain recent information shd.
