Sort option not visible in in inbox - Microsoft Community


recently renewed ,  installed office 365 in 3 machine . in 2 machine sorting option in inbox have been changed after installation.  give  new sorting order have go arrange by-> sort -> select field. earlier was 

click sort arrow -> select field . sorted. 

but wondering other 1 machine , have no change.   machine shows same before. machine windows 10

how can rid of arrange option [arrange step]  to sort  view  inbox content in other 2 machine. idea

based on experience, it’s expected behavior. sort feature can different in different outlook versions.

 

you can navigate file> office account> office updates to check detailed version of outlook client. must different.

 

i have checked on side 2 different outlook versions. sort feature shows different describe.

 

since it’s not issue, if want sort clicking sort arrow -> select field, can revert previous versions.

 

the article provide supports revert versions under same channel directly.  you can check version , build numbers of update channel releases.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
