Video not displaying (PowerPoint 2016) - Microsoft Community


inserted video drive in .avi file format , audio plays screen white. how fix this?

hello,

it possibility caused codec of video .avi format. though have better view of concern, kindly answer following questions:

  • are able attach , play other .avi files through powerpoint without problems?
  • when did concern started?
  • were there changes on computer or powerpoint settings?
  • have performed troubleshooting steps?
