Email problems Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


outlook 2016 on computer mirrored bt email web page - folders etc on both computer , bt web.  however, when delete email - totally disappears.  there no emails in of various 'deleted' folders - not in bt 1 or personal 1 on computer.  i have hiccup reply being sent "outlook whole lot of numbers" account , round suggested add new data file in accounts - has worked reply emails has brought other issues such deleted emails missing , also, when open contacts, doesn't go list @ top automatically new data file!

has else got these problems , when microsoft going sort reply wrong email?

we know more happened. kindly answer following questions:

  • when did concern started happening?
  • were there changes on outlook settings before happened?
  • does concern happen if delete email on either outlook or bt web?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
