How do I set a default paragraph spacing for replies in Outlook? - Microsoft Community


replies emails in outlook, prefer 6 pt of spacing between paragraphs. have change each email reply. how set default?

please double click open email going reply to. click “reply”> “format text”> “change styles”> “paragraph spacing”> “tight” or “relaxed”.
