How do I turn off the sounds in Outlook 2016 365? - Microsoft Community


how turn off annoying sounds when send message or create new email in office 365/2016 outlook? happens when switch folders. experienced these sound effects must have been added in june 2017 update of office 365.

i went excel , turned off sounds through file / options / ease of access- uncheck provide feedback sound.

that in turn removed outlook noise!



Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
