Microsoft Exchange does not connect with server - Microsoft Community


use microsoft exchange lot. on 2 computers machines , mobile phone. last days no of devices can connected onedrive server, have home account. so, calendes, contact , email out. know how solve ?

  • have tried sign out, sign in account on microsoft exchange app?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

meanwhile, recommend repair missing or corrupted system files on computer see if fix concern using system file checker.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
