hi,
i having issue planner. when first started using it, unable both make comments on tasks favorite specific plans. after research, found because account did not have mailbox.
after arranging mailbox, able add comments , set plans favorites, setting specific plan favorite not save correctly, plan stays favorite on active screen, if page refreshed, favorites no longer listed.
does know how resolved?

- “setting specific plan favorite not save correctly”, means setting 1 of plans favorite doesn't work fine?
- does issue occur users?
- do error message when issue occurs?
