Outlook 2013 sending but not receiving email. - Microsoft Community


outlook 2013 sending not receiving email.  can receive email online through yahoo sbcglobal.net account, not in outlook 2013.  have checked settings 4 times.  using windows 10.0.14393.693

to assist better, kindly verify following queries below:

  • what email protocol using email account?
  • what incoming , outgoing mail servers email account?
  • what port number?
  • have tried contacting email provider check if email settings correct?
