syncing blackBerry with outlook under office 365 - Microsoft Community


i need know how sync ms outlook (office 365) blackberry os 10.

error message is: " we're sorry, microsoft office has run error preventing working correctly".  gives me option repair (which not anything) / (which not help) / close.

to solve problem, please provide following information us:

1. using built-in mail application or outlook application on blackberry phone?

2. if using outlook application, please provide detailed version of outlook client.

3. if using built-in mail application, please contact blackberry support , ask them whether application support exchange, imap or pop.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
