Task Type: Fixed Work Question - Microsoft Community


hi, majority of tasks need work fixed customer paying hour. e.g task might take week in total complete might want schedule 3 hrs of work first day, 2hrs second day, 5hrs third day etc etc.

is best set task type fixed work, , set duration 1 week go resource usage view , manually input hours each day?

any advice gratefully rec'd. thanks

why not enter work , duration , let project linearly spread work on duration. doing manual adjustment you'll have "sneak up" on work value enter work each day. there value in doing that?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
