help. year ago bought an apple mac, received office 365 either free or reduced price. put on mac, kept getting reminders had 2 more licenses , download them someplace else. put 1 on 4 year old windows based pc paid full office install when bought it. few weeks ago got several pop windows update office, , did so. now, 365 wants me pay $70 $100 per year. called ms support, in india or something, no help. went directory , found office running 365 installed on may 10th.
so, 365 de-installed original version. of course can find original disks or receipts original version, may have downloaded it.
need advice, pretty upset office 365 de-installed original version worked fine , have annual fee pay.
i want original license back, how accomplish that?
