Cant receive emails in Outlook 2013. - Microsoft Community

this procedure did not work. outlook 2013. mail shows online, on ipad , on iphone. hasn't appeared since april 6 on ultra book.

did new setup , worked awhile , stopped. yahoo att account.

new input: when on laptop if mail notification arrives , select before ghosts out, can read it. if manually assign inbox goes there , stays. if not assign inbox, close it, it's gone. knows where?

related ? problem: incoming mail on iphone goes notes. can't seem stop it.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
