Draft email only part saved - help!!!! - Microsoft Community


have spent age composing important email and, before rushing send it, thought save in drafts come later make sure happy it. clicked x close , got message 'want save changes?' clicked 'yes' , appeared in drafts folder first sentence of email there , not rest of it! literally cry!!! there way can retrieve had written???

it possible have reached character limit per email. diagnose issue, ask few questions:

  • are there attachments included in email?
  • were there items (i.e. tables, pictures, graphs) included in body of email aside text?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
