How do I preserve background color when saving a PowerPoint - Microsoft Community


have powerpoint presentation black background , white font.  when save picture, background turns white , of course font disappears.  how preserve background color when saving powerpoint presentation picture?

normally there nothing do, default export creates correct effect. how have created background?

please try this: create new blank presentation. right-click on background , choose format background... set background color black. select black text , set color white. choose file>save as, set format jpeg file interchange format (*.jpg), , save file. here, file exported black background , white text. effect get?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
