MS Office Outlook 2010--lock the ribbon open every time outlook runs - Microsoft Community

when reboot computer , open ms outlook 2010, ribbon not visible.  i aware of how make visible clicking ticker in upper right.  what asking how lock view every time run outlook ribbon visible.  

i never want ribbon hide.  not today.  not tomorrow.  not monday or other day.  is possible set outlook retain viewing preference ribbon visible every time run it?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
