virtually 99% of meetings have schedule involve people in other time zones; cannot time zone controls always come when create, modify or view meeting. yes, i've added tzc globe icon button quick access tool bar. doesn't -- still have consciously remember need actively decide of 5 different time zones need book meeting for.
it great if click button in options said "always show control when creating, viewing or editing meetings."
any welcome (regardless of time zone comes from, natch!)

presently, outlook 2016 not have feature or rule can automatically detect when adjust timezone email. meantime let enjoy outlook 2016 can offer. make sure considered in future update.
