Outlook 2016 Office 365 Crashes - Microsoft Community

but, believe has 1 of these updates (see update history in image) because 2 of our computers crashed after update (flashing desktop not stop) , had take them in cost $160! able shed light on problem? updates in place install creators update?

kb4022715 has been source of issues, ms aware off.

have rolled using system restore point have been created 6/13/2017?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
