Outlook 365 - Microsoft Community


i have office 365.  use outlook 2016 on desktop computer. have work email address run through outlook 2016.  have address looks this   outlook_9cbd311cd262877@outlook   (not actual address) option when hit button.   this   outlook_9cbd311cd262877@outlook   address set allow me sync contacts among varies computers , windows phone.   

when create new mail default  address work email address, want.    when reply someone's email default not work address but   outlook_9cbd311cd262877@outlook , unless remember change it.    when email says from     from: bill singer [mailto:*** email address removed privacy ***] on behalf of outlook_9cbd311cd262877@outlook.  

i can't figure out how reply emails send default work address , not outlook_9cbd311cd262877@outlook  address.

your issue happens because of sync issues outlook, can resolved removing , re-adding account, tech support did on pc.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
