Outlook on Android - folder view indicates there are messages, but - Microsoft Community


the outlook app on android tells me have 11 messages in folder view, when go drafts folder there none.

i know they're not synched (with server/desktop drafts), , that's fine, how drafts on device, outlook telling me exist.

at least of them there yesterday. 1 of them created 48 hours ago, , edited yesterday, not 'old' emails no longer shown.

how can persuade outlook show me these emails? there no filters on.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
