i appear running 2 different versions of outlook, old version accessible through start menu , new version sent when checking notifications-- way access update. new version created separate icon in taskbar, removed before realized couldn't access other way.
how either combine 2 1 version, or delete new version? (since new version appears have done away creating search folders , favorites, in favor or automated "focus" folder seems randomly select focus vs other, no way me select think focus-worthy less useful despite fun bells , whistles)

to isolate issue, follow these steps:
- open control panel.
- locate outlook.
- check if there 2 outlook apps.
- if you've found out there 2 outlook apps, delete old version.
