i have technical query outlook , specially outlook 365.
we have above customer needs explanation microsoft or backs own 365 knowledge.
customer setup.
outlook 2013 o365 business premium
customer email – c*** email address removed privacy ***
2 shared mailboxes attached profile.
the customer has access database, database has ability send appointments shared calendar of outlook. can have email account in settings default set customer email address, , calendar default (via data file) shared calendar db can send appointment shared calendar.
however when going appointment in shared calendar, ability send appoint default user.
to knowledge if defaults setup either local user or shared calendar, data represented way?
is correct?

many information. know current situation user should manually change address user’s email address when send appointment shared calendar. don’t recommend users mix personal calendar , shared calendar together. email address depended on calendar use.
as have set shared calendar default calendar, current workaround change email address manually when create appointment. if have more concerns this, please give screenshots how change shared calendar default calendar.
