hello all,
i working in ms project 13 pro , trying use project schedule construction crews. tasks each individual job , resource foreman of each crew.
some jobs end more 1 resource assigned, , @ point resource may leave job go return first job @ later date. how reflect in project without creating multiple tasks 1 job? trying keep streamlined possible entire company views schedule , need make perfect sense.
please let me know how can or best possible option is.

- view task details
- click in lower pane make active
- view task usage
- set timescale weeks
- set week resource 0 show absent.
however reads using project show list of jobs , people on them. @ level excel simpler tool you. project wins when have tasks, linked , more. without linked tasks try excel first until can't need, use project , training.
